Purchasing Policy

Payment details supplied with total amount including postage at checkout. Once payment has been processed and received all goods will be dispatched via Australia Post as Registered Mail. All goods delivered in Australia please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WITH PAYMENT DURING CHECKOUT. ALL ITEMS PACKED AND SENT INDIVIDUALLY UNLESS POSTAGE DISCOUNT IS OFFERED.

Returns will be accepted for items if they are returned in their original packaging with all tags and are in the condition they were sent to the purchaser. CCJMC will not be responsible for refunding postage on any returns. Please send us an enquiry about any specific questions you have before completing your purchase to ensure you have all information about your chosen product.

Any articles returned to CCJMC by the purchaser as 'Faulty' will be contacted and advised of any fault being present with their article.
